Frequently Asked Questions
How long do projects take?
Drawings between 1-5 people are ready for client approval within a week. Larger groups may take a little longer, however if you're drawing is URGENT, we can usually accommodate tight deadlines.
Do I get to approve the artwork first?
Yes we always send the first draft to our clients via email. Any changes required at this stage are free of charge.
Can you work from photographs?
Yes we absolutely will need a clear photo of each person's face that will be featured in the drawing. We can work from separate photos and we don't necessarily need full body photos as we can improvise.
Can you include company branding?
For sure we can. Simply provide us with your logo and any brand patterns and we will inccoporate that into the design.
Do you offer framed artwork?
We offer framed and unframed options, but our most popular option is framed. Our standard sizes are A4, A3 and A2 with mount. Our standard frame colour is black but we can source other frame colours for your project if required.
Can multiple colleagues contribute ideas?
Certainly, but we would then recommend that all the ideas are put into one document or e-mail that we can refer to
