Steph's Sketches – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services supplied by Steph's Sketches, a trading name of Chiminon Enterprises Ltd (Company No. 15450625), Anglo House, Worcester Road, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 9AW.

1. Placing an Order

By placing an order you confirm that the information, photographs and instructions you provide are accurate and that you have permission to use any photographs of other people. Orders are accepted once payment has been received unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing.

2. Our Design Process

Every commission is created specifically for you. A digital proof will be supplied before printing or dispatch. We offer unlimited revisions during the proof stage and will continue working with you until you are happy with the design. No printed product will be produced until we receive your written approval.

3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If, after unlimited revisions, you remain genuinely dissatisfied with your artwork, we will provide a full refund. This guarantee applies before the artwork has been approved for print or final delivery.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for checking names, spellings, dates, colours and all personalised details before approving your proof. Once written approval has been received, the artwork will be printed or supplied exactly as approved.

5. Customer Photographs

Photographs are used solely for creating your commissioned artwork. They are only shared internally where necessary to complete your order and are deleted once the commission is complete. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

6. Copyright & Personal Use

Copyright in all artwork remains with Steph's Sketches unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers are welcome to display and share their artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, licensed or used commercially without our written permission.

7. Portfolio Use

We may display completed artwork on our website, portfolio or social media to showcase our work. We will never display your original reference photographs. If you would prefer your artwork to remain private, simply let us know and we will respect your wishes.

8. Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates. Lost parcels will be replaced by Steph's Sketches. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Digital Artwork

Digital artwork is deemed delivered once it has been emailed or otherwise made available to you.

10. Inactive Orders

If we do not receive a response for an extended period after sending a proof, we may archive the project. Archived projects can usually be restarted, although additional charges may apply where significant work is required.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
