Shipping policy

UK Delivery

We use trusted courier and postal services for UK deliveries. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed once your parcel has been handed to the delivery company.

International Delivery

We ship to many countries worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply in the destination country. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, Steph's Sketches will replace your order at no additional cost. We will work with the delivery provider to investigate missing parcels before arranging a replacement.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the damage. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If an incorrect address is supplied and the parcel cannot be recovered, additional charges may apply to produce and dispatch a replacement.

Returns

As every commission is created specifically for you, personalised products cannot normally be returned after written approval has been given unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.
