Customer Photographs

Photographs supplied for commissions are used solely for creating your artwork. They are only shared internally with authorised members of Steph's Sketches where necessary to complete your order. Original customer photographs are deleted once the commission has been completed.

Artwork Storage

For customer service and reprint purposes, the finished master artwork file is securely stored in Google Drive for up to five years. Access is restricted to authorised personnel within Steph's Sketches.

We process your personal information primarily to fulfil our contract with you. We may also process certain information to comply with legal obligations or where we have a legitimate business interest, provided this does not override your rights.

Marketing
