Steph's Sketches – Returns & Refund Policy

This policy explains how Steph's Sketches handles production, delivery, shipping, returns and refunds. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Production Times

Every order is individually illustrated to your specification. Production times shown on our website are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We will always do our best to meet any agreed deadline, but we recommend placing time-sensitive orders as early as possible.

Artwork Approval

All personalised artwork is supplied as a digital proof before printing. We offer unlimited revisions during the proof stage and no printed product will be produced until we receive your written approval.

Returns

As every commission is created specifically for you, personalised products cannot normally be returned after written approval has been given unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Refunds

We are committed to customer satisfaction. Unlimited revisions are included before approval, and if you remain genuinely dissatisfied after those revisions, we will provide a full refund before the artwork is approved for print or final delivery.
