Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

If the order value is under £80, customers may cancel and receive a refund for their drawings at any point up until the drawing has been sent for approval.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@stephssketches.co.uk and send your item to: Althorpe Enterprise Hub, Althorpe Street Leamington Spa GB CV31 2GB.

Refunds
Once the drawing has been sent to the customer for approval, no refunds for the soft copy of the drawing can be given, however the customer still has a right to cancel the hard copy part of their order and receive a partial refund for this. If the hard copy has already been sent to print, no refunds can be issued for the hard copy.

If the hard copy is damaged or defective, a refund will be given if the product is returned to Steph's Sketches at the customer's expense.

Any refunds can only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Althorpe Enterprise Hub, Althorpe Street Leamington Spa GB CV31 2GB

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
